Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). K Forte is a potash fertilizer that is a source of potassium, silicon, and magnesium and micronutrients. BAKS is a combination of K Forte plus three other nutrients that can be chosen by customers according to their crops’ needs. It mines and processes its main feedstock from its 100% owned mineral properties, then sells and distributes the Product. Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

Looking forward to seeing the analysis and the updated PFS in Dec (we have been told that the NPV will be higher).

I  saw a recent NR from Arianne Phosphate (DAN) and it had a market cap of about $40M and needed $1.5B CDN for CAPEX. There I was thinking that NPK had a market cap of only $60 not that long ago, a producing mine with a profitable Q behind it and just starting up. How undervalued was that.

I'm not sure who has the time here but it would be interesting to compare some of the publicly traded jr postash companies out there and compare market caps, NPV, projected capital required, production costs, yearly maintenance costs, etc., not all info will be readily avail, nor required but it would tell us how undervalued we are.
