Perhaps the CEO should dedicate his time to ensuring the reports are submitted in a timely fashion. Like how has the Pandemic impacted this company?

I don't find it strange at all. I find it very professional and respectful.
4 other companies' CEOs have replied to my emails.
As for their time, when there's a will there's a way.
I never demanded a reply immediately. One CEO replied 10 days later and others replied at night a day or 2 later.
I always give them my full name, tell them how many shares i own and how long i've owned them and they reply.
Mind you, i've never sent Elon Musk or Bill Gates an email so I can't say if they'd all reply.
Cheers!
