Can't wait on Schoen and Who

Can't wait on Schoen and WhoRe:Jeff email:Apparantly FOMB remains unmoved. The Email is impossible to understand without the FOMB letter and that wasn't attached.Jeff's answer appears hurried and does not appear to be written with legal help, which,at this point, would seem advisable. The conclusion:please award us the contract, seems weak and without an or else. From all this,I would conclude that outside of a legal injunction against the award,we are pursuing  a fruitless path re overturning the first awards and will have to wait for the second bid process.I know nothing about the issues that Jeff addresses,I'll leave that to Schoen and Who,but it seems to be n exercise in futility. We are left with1.legal action,2.behind the scenes manuevers and 3. waiting for the second round.A long, long, long wait.Go.go Alberta.
