The CEO sold more stock than he needed to (for tax purposes it was said) at a time when he had already diluted the stock, thereby putting further pressure on the stock and initiating more sell off. If you're okay with CEO behavior that has sabotaged the stock price then clearly you're not a retail investor. Don't try to take attention away from these facts by calling me a liar.
