The reorganized capital structure is such that taking the last year of " normal " cash flow (2019) and comparing it to fully diluted s/o suggests a cash flow multiple of about 2X or an approximate 50% cash yield. Sometimes these reorganized companies can be mispriced - unnatural selling from former bondholders who get shares etc.
