Maak, if you recall, during Parker's time, the comp policy was revamped to have a larger portion of compensation tied to performance vs. objectives via options, RSUs etc. The revised comp plan was approved at the AGM. So, with a positive F'20, it should not be a surprise to see grants.

v_g is not a clairvoyant; he simply is on top of the company's policies.
