Its business comprises lumber mills, OSB facilities, renewable energy facilities, pulp and paper mills, plywood facilities, MDF facilities, particleboard facilities, LVL facility, treated wood facility, and veneer facility. The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

BAM started selling in Feb though?

"From Feb.17 to Feb.26th, they sold 2,667,411 shares.
From March 1st to March 5th, they sold 1,025,016 shares,leaving a balance of 1,730,605 shares. (in the unnamed company owned by BAM that has sellling)"

^ That was from Life's post a couple weeks ago and thats also when the share price started to drop under big volume so I'm sure BAM started selling before March.
