Preliminary base shelf prospectus
On March 10 Aurora filed a preliminary base shelf prospectus. I do not know what that is and how it affects the company or the shareholders, and, if its a good or bad thing.....I would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on the subject. Thank you in advance.
