Short Sighted Investors

I just put 1.5 and .03 together and came up with this. Investor fatigue has left a few people who can't see past the end of .10/.25/.50.75/1.00/1.50. They are selling their .015 rights shares and doubling their money. Maybe not a bad move for someone who has lost faith in the big picture. I guess that would be a day trader strategy that doesn't interest me. 
"Generational Wealth" is a term I have heard more than 10 times about this play. I'm gonna go with that.
