Too Much Dilution

Too Much DilutionI'm liking the strategy of acquiring competitors and talent but the company is issuing way too many shares.  Total issued stands at 3/4 of a BILLION shares.  If you factor in the dilutive and contingent consideration aspects of the deals, we are probably well over a BILLION shares.  This the why the stock has been on a steady decline since trading millions just a shade under 50 cents.  We will probably see the stock under 30 cents in a month.  A share consolidation is inevitable either later this year or next.
