Every day there are end of day trades.  price determined prior to the close but trades occur at the close - the market makers move the price at the end to make feasible.  so in the most likely event this is index buying...a little disappointing at the price as far as the buyers had to buy today.  the sellers did not have to sell today.  so, yes, somebody jumped on this chance to exit and it would seem had some competition on the sell side.
