 I don't think so. I would take Fortune over Paulo in a heart beat. A CEO must be the public face and voice of his company and Paulo is not really good at carrying out this part of his job. Paulo is more of a good but boring technical operator who doesn't have any charisma at all. With regard to communication skills who, as a CEO, would put his mic on mute (as claimed) and not responding to a direct question that was asked repeatedly  for almost a minute?
