I don't think so.
I would take Fortune over Paulo in a heart beat. A CEO must be the public face and voice of his company and Paulo is not really good at carrying out this part of his job. Paulo is more of a good but boring technical operator who doesn't have any charisma at all. With regard to communication skills who, as a CEO, would put his mic on mute (as claimed) and not responding to a direct question that was asked repeatedly for almost a minute?
Me too.
I guess the point I was trying to make is that both the Bushveld and Largo stock prices are undervalued, and the recent increases in the price of vanadium has made little difference. Fortune has given quite a few recent interviews on Utube but the sp remains unchanged, and they (like Largo) have a good story to tell. It's hard to figure out why the sp is losing ground.
