From what I'm seeing, there was a trade large enough to distort the average to over 2.35. The stock was only at 2.43 for a fraction of a minute. I'd say there is a good chance management would be aware of a trade that size. I think a lot the trading was algorithmic. Watching level 2, you can see them in action. Testing the lines with 100 lot trades in regular intervals, moving multiple bids at different prices all at once, and all kinds of other weirdness. How many times have you seen a few thousand shares and hit that ask only to still see the same amount still there? What that means for Monday, who knows? One to keep an eye on.
