Finalrep.... These are the organizations that submitted the letter to the Puerto Rico Electric Authority and are apparently going after Ciro...."Dilogo is an interested and active party in energy issues in Puerto Rico. Its membership is made up of citizens who promote the development of renewable energy in Puerto Rico by prosumers in accordance with the public policies of the Public Energy Policy Act, Act No. 17-2019 and the Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation and Resilience Act, Act No. 33-2019, especially renewable energy located mainly in or near the place of consumption, such as solar on roofs (solar rooftop). Its membership is affected by pollution from fossil fuel power plants in Puerto Rico and by an unstable Transmission and Distribution ("T&D") system vulnerable to unavoidable atmospheric events, and the centralized system 2 See Annex 1. 4 that is perpetuated with the T&D infrastructure included in the non-operational CIRO One Salinas project. The solution that Dilogo and the appearing parties have been promoting, the solar energy mainly located on the roofs, would eliminate the losses of the transmission lines and the exorbitant expenses in their maintenance and reconstruction in anticipation of another hurricane or atmospheric event that destroys them. All your membership is paid by PREPA, subject to billing for electric power service. The United Pro-Defense Front of the Lajas Valley, Inc., for its part, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the conservation of the agricultural lands of the Lajas Valley and its irrigation system, as well as the possible expansion of it for agricultural purposes. For this, its purposes include combating any threat to the balance that must exist between human beings and the environment, and ensuring faithful compliance with the laws and regulations that apply within the Lajas Valley Agricultural Reserve. The Sierra Club of Puerto Rico is a community-based environmental organization and one of the chapters of the largest grassroots organization in the United States, the Sierra Club. Founded in 1892, the Sierra Club has some 1,400,000 members and followers, all inspired by the wonders of nature. El Puente de Williamsburg, Inc .: Enlace Latino de Accin Climtica (El Puente ELAC) is a non-profit organization with a mission to "inspire and nurture leaders for peace and justice." It seeks to empower Latino communities in Puerto Rico and the United States to build community sustainability in the 21st century through holistic preparedness plans that integrate strategies against climate change in the context of culture, educational equity, and social justice."
