These are the organizations that submitted the letter to the Puerto Rico Electric Authority and are apparently going after Ciro...."Dilogo is an interested and active party in energy issues in Puerto Rico. The solution that Dilogo and the appearing parties have been promoting, the solar energy mainly located on the roofs, would eliminate the losses of the transmission lines and the exorbitant expenses in their maintenance and reconstruction in anticipation of another hurricane or atmospheric event that destroys them.
