China has developed a 2 prong method of reducing the enormous amount of coal thay burn .The first is increased imports of LNG and the second is huge wind farms. To accommodate the wind farms they are building a massive ultra high voltage ekectrical grid around the entire country.
They seem to know what they are doing . Do we?
