Marathon Gold Corporation is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. The Company’s primary business focus is the exploration and development of its flagship asset, the wholly owned Valentine Gold Project, located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The project comprises a series of five mineralized deposits along a 32- kilometer system. Its prospects are located along the Valentine Lake Shear Zone and include Frank Zone, Rainbow Zone, Triangle Zone, Victoria Bridge, Narrows, Victory Southwest, Victory Northeast, and the Berry Zone. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:what???With the number of new holders & hedge funds looking to lock in profits above what they are now perhaps they will be instrumental in finding a buyer orchetarting a takeover. Taylor suggest a buyout? We'll see? I would not be disapointed either way. From experience all those high hopes for a decent buyout prices almost never happen. The positives to that scenario are that AU prices are in good territory and that may help sweeten the pot?

Quarterly report is anticipated on or before March 31st.
