RE:H20... When will they secure the "Water Rights"?Hey Chico237. You won't need water rights to run the pilot plant.and prove the process. The small amount of water they need can be trucked in. They only need the pilot plant to run for a month or so to prove the process, so H2O is not a constraint for that. Long term, some water/brine solution will be needed for full scale mining operation but that will be solved very shortly. They now have $17-$20 CAD in the bank and have set aside about $6 million for water rights which I believe will be purchased from an existing holder very soon IMHO.
I wouldn't wait too long to buy more. The more CYP de-risks the operation, the higher the SP will rise.. Also IMHO. DYODD.

They have a very good project to develop. They hopefully settle the PP, & get "Water!" soon...
