RE:Other reasons for rise in DSV!I still think the likely answer is a large private transaction took place at 2.43. Not much other explanation for an average price above 2.35. A lot of shares had to change hands above that to balance out all the shares traded below. The amount of shares traded above the average would have to be far larger than I suspect would be offered on the exchange. Could it be a large share holder selling a large block to SILJ that was registered Friday? I'll be keeping an eye on insider trading filings next week. Someone with that amount of shares to sell may have enough to have to report it.
