RE:RE:New poster on liver inflammation at EndoI believe there is a note at the end of the link in the press release where the folks that run the ENDO conference require companies to not divulge anything about their session until 11AM the day t he conferencec started. I have to believe they could have at least said they would be presenting a paper there earlier, but maybe even that is not allowed.

Why important enought to send a PR after that meeting and not enought to send a PR announcing that they would be attending that meeting ?
Is it just normal in the industry or part of a strategy ?
