RE:From the G&M this morningOK we have a company with a market cap of $83M but pays the CEO $1.3M salary. For a small micro-cap this is beyond excessive. Additionally, they operate in all the African countries that are hot spots and have huge human rights violations. Then on top of that they are headquartered in the Isle of Man a known location for illegal offshore accounts, money laundering and criminal activitiy involved with dictators, crooked politicians and billionaires all seeking to hide money. So with so many 'Red Flags' why would any analyst even recommend this stock and why would anybody buy in without doing their DD and research? What really surprises me is how they even got a listing on the TSX usually we see companies like this on the Venture.
