Knob target 2km south of Keats Zone Strange why Noranda (see below) didn't drill deeper back in 1994 but I'm excited about what they will find deeper down in this area and from there to the Keats Zone 2km to the north. The drilling at the Keats Zone has been following high grade gold to the south in the last few holes so this is starting to make sense now. They are zeroing in on the high grade stuff deeper down. That is where things could get really interesting. Such huge potential. There is one small problem of the Trans Canada Highway that runs between these two zones though but perhaps they can drill underneath the highway Lol
The drill campaign so far has focused on discoveries at the Keats and Lotto zones, although recently the company has also started drilling at its Knob target, about 2 km to the south of Keats, an area previously drilled by Noranda. (In 1994 Noranda reported a historic resource of 77,943 oz. gold at an average grade of 10.3 grams gold per tonne, but drilled only to a depth of about 50 metres, according to Roberts.)
