From my personal experience (since mid 2018), I tend to stick to only good business. No matter the dividend they pay today. In this kind of environment, picking a reliable and long haul stock is difficult. Both for income and profit. I am inclined to long term profit, rather than the quartely dividend pay.
SES is not the generic energy service company. TCW, STEP, PD, ESI, CFW, and some others are that. In my opinion, SES business model is evolving to the "integrated" service tool for the ESG/ environment sh.t and all the other flash-words of the 2020 and 2021. With no other greater expenses, but just the results. We will see these in the third quarter of this year report, sometimes in November, and then, we most probably will be glad on holding to it.
Anyways, this wasn't a technical assertion, just an opinion on the company. I own 2/3 of my money in this stock.
