RE:RE:RE:Re:Re Bagholders Session

RE:RE:RE:Re:Re Bagholders SessionPaperBoi, Alain has not made a dime in management fees or salaries. When he gets PP he is INVESting in the company. Hald warrants means they get rewarded for holding the share. You know very well his warrants will be exercised and kep in shares. This is an amazing endorsement from management for the company. He even exercised and kept his share and exervised 2.2 million options at OVER the PP price in January. Check the filings. When a stock goes from 11 cents in December to 30 cents in less than 3 months, I do not call this a bad investment. I am sure the company has plenty of reasons to raise cash at 30cents. hald warrants at 0.50 is still 80% in 24 months. Who would not be happy with a 80% return in 2 year??? You got to be mental to say its a bad ROI. And for investors to exercise 50cents warrants, I imagine the shares should be at least 60cents. So you are here complaining that management is very confident this will move 100% in the next 24 months. Makes no sense to me.

I have seen too many raises on other deals and reverse splits and most raises BELOW market price. Here we got one ABOVE market close. Cash in the bank, management owning some shares, and apprently from other boards I read, overseas investors coming in.  It is a free market so if your 200% return is not enough for you, I am sure you will look elsewhere. i have been here since pre-IPO at 10cents and not moving for years to come. Management has brought a great return in the last 12 months. This is always a long game. So do not expect this to make 100% every 2 months.

I also know people who hold individually 1 to 2 million shares and they keep adding to their position. These guys are long term solid investors. Maybe they have the right strategy when it comes to some investments?

Warrants at 1$ will only come if the shares trade at 60cents. And from the look of it, if we trade there, I think management will wait for the IPO warrants to be exercised. I never faulted management for doing up-round raises. Between the 2 raises and what they seem to have had left over before, it looks like they will have at least 2.5 million in the bank. I do not expect them to do any financing at these levels again.

I was a bit surprised to say the least  SWIS raised cash yet again when it wouldn’t appear it wasn’t necessary.

Is  Alain taking care of himself  when he keeps printing these warrants  a share  & 1/2  @ 50 cents.

This doesn’t bold well for some of us who own hundreds of shares at market pricing.

This better be the last time we read of this non sense in the short term.. I want to see warrants  at over 1.00-  2.00  a share price not  4 bits.

Now I've vented... But in know a lot of business people in this stock and we hold combined  millions. Management would be wise to not upset  and instead concentrate on bringing  a return for investors, and stop the warrent press from printing  anymore useless paper as these undervalued prices.

Just my musings !!!   Investors  ADYODD.. DTA-- dont trust anybody

Cheers

PB
