If you scroll down on the below link and open up the short volume chart you'll see that post despac and throughout most of February the short volume was between 30 to 50% of daily traded volume. MSOS "measly" 3.9M share purchases were easily absorbed by such aggressive short selling. Strangely there's been no update on short volume since March 5 so it is hard to know if that means the short raid has stopped or there's a data feed issue   I see many other stocks in the sector being aggressively shorted everyday so this was not specific to TPCO but the reality is that retail didn't have a chance with such lopsided capital taking the other side of the trade.
