This is bonafide sketchy. The entire BoD should be replaced.

Given the complexity and implications the RTO has, doesn't it make sense for there to be a non-response from the company yet? I mean, what's your expectation here- for the CEO to put out some bs verbiage about 'how great this rto is for shareholders?'

I'd rather see a report with substance. Like, the other party providing more details,etc. But for this, I'm sure it'll take a couple weeks as they (likely) are still putting the deal together.
