Dr. Bokhari and the Board did not fulfill one such objective. •While only one of the "planted" 352 patients has been involved in a Phase 2 clinical trial approved in September 2020. •While the company declared its Cobourg Property for sale in the first quarter of 2020, the property does not seem to be able to be dispose of. • Management did not identify viable or appropriate competitive procurement alternatives
