RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AssemblyOn 16 December 2020, Mr. Durkacz and Mr. Saeed sent an email to the members of the Board requesting a dialogue on the strategic arrangement. Larry Kaiser, an elected member of the Boards of Directors, requested a Board meeting and recommended that Dr Bokharire schedule a call by 18 December 2020. Dr. Bokharic canceled the Management Board on 18 December 2020 without any explanation.
