Black-out over ?

Black-out over ?I haven't spoken with Rich for about a week now but I suspect that insiders are out of their black-out now that Y/E is out. Can anyone confirm?

It will be interesting to see if any directors or similar do any buying on the public market. If so, they are not obligated to disclose their purchases immediately if I remember correctly (it has been about 20 years since I took my "continuous public disclosure" course. At the time you could leave it for a maximum of 10 days although most people declare within a day or two.

Do any of you know the current disclosure rules? (yes, I can look it up but I am lazy tonight)

Cheers,
Notgnu
