RE:RE:Seeking Alpha NLC Articletiger2201 wrote: I have a few of comments:
1. It seems the author is not very knowledgeable about lithium carbonate and hydroxite. The brine mine will produce lithium carbonate first, and then you can convert it to hydroxide. If NLC can produce BG carbonate, so no need to convert it to hydroxide, unless there is more magin by selling hydroxide.
2. DLE or not all depends on the cost. DLE may speed up the production of lithium, but it may have higher cost. As Waldo mentioned in the past, NLC has the lowest production cost due to its lowest impurity. With the conventient menthod, it will cost less than DLE and has the lowest technical risk.
3. NLC is very under value, it is a BUY at the current price. With NLC de-risk itself, the SP will be much hiher, so the author will miss his oppurtunity buying low.

Tiger,
the author wil learn about the LiFePO4 battery sometime in the future and then he'll think: "Oooops....." and happily continue to show his expert opinin on this and other subjects.
I was very pleased to see that carbonate trades at higher (spot-/contract-) prices than hydroxide does.
As there are more, worldwide available, locations where hydroxide may be produced, Howard and Rodney will be with us for a long time to come, but it was good to see them pipe down a bit in the recent past.
Have fun.
