RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:simsalabim Yes, simsalbim is a magic spell in german. Sure you are right, 1 g/t in situ ist 1g/t.
BUT:
it is not about the insitu value. It is about the head gread for processing and the transport costs. More headgrade, much more production with same tpd. less mass less transport costs.
@beatons creek
trade of dilution and mass reduction is not favourabe. In addition deposit is near milling. Therefore the will process the ore conventionally. The PFS will show the way of processing.
@eniga
Complete differtent game because of the nuggets in the terrace gravels (up to 3 m deph). Nuggets are much bigger. Mechanical seem to work perfectly (99% massreduction with almost no dilution). Purity 70-95% AU. Automatic Sorter Systems work much cheaper than classic open pit. The nuggets are almost on the surface
@karratha
greatest and purest nuggets (almost finegold). Because of the big distance to mill the mechanical sorting is much important. Don't see why it should not work as similar good as at egina. Assays will come later this year.
The next month will be critical for the future. If they prove that beatons creek will be more than profitabe Novo will be rerated. Not only because of beeing a producer, because of giving the other assets some value. Because it could work all in all ...
Otherwise they have a big problem

Looking forward for the karratha assays later this year. because of the size of nuggets results could be similar to Egina.

Could be a gamechanger especial for karratha where the transport to nullagine should be profitable. At egina - what i know - novo takes another approach for processing.
Much work to do. Alone licensing mining for large bulk samples will take about 2 years. Many challenges: grade consistency over greater terrace, water, aboriginals, permitting and so on.

That almost sounds like magic doesnt it Peter. 1 gm becomes 100 gm. Alchemy like. Dont count on it being profitable though because sorting is an extra step, an extra cost. Its still 1 gm material in situ.
I was going to give it a rest but I think weedhead could learn something. I wonder if weed is bought and sold in troy.
H
What do you think weedhead, if BC came in at 1 gm and its right next door to the mill do you think that would do anything for the share price, because I do, but I dont think it would be good. So why would it be good at Karratha.

Gold down cu up. Im sure theres cu in those sorters so maybe nvo is really a cu company.
No, we said its a tech company. 10 yr down and its going to be a good day for tech. Kathy Woods upgraded tsla with a 3000$ target. Good for nvo. To hell with gold.

I remember dozens of "Kathy Woods" types in 1999. Real market geniuses, and then POOF - they were gone. Never to be heard from again after the dust settled from Tech Wreck 2000.
The only thing that was transformational about them, was their careers - all turned to smoke and blown away.

The competition is fierce. You have to go out on a limb if you want to make a name for yourself. Same with targets on bitcoin and gold. Someone said $25,000 an oz. I have no doubt it will get there but I might not be around to see it. In fact my like groupie is pushing me into a new suit as it is.
