From what I read, most of their assests of value were sold to Antarctica Infrastructure Partners to the benefit of the secured lenders who are getting stock in the newly formed company.
The SAR system was auctionned off and bought by the former CEO's new company for peanuts. The CCAA and montior have ended their mandate. I think that all that's left is for the company to declare bankrupcy to clear any unsecure loans. In otherword, we are left with zero.
