HI   EVERYONE                 I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY SOME  PEOPLE THAT THE SHAREHOLDERS HAVE MADE A BIG< BIG< BIG MISTAKE by not calling an extraordinary meeting  a long time ago ( many months) ago. also a such meeting can still be called.  NY ideas as to how ,  when and where?  ?    PLEASE ADVISE
