RE:RE:MM trying to lower price but no sellers

We have three (3) positive drivers:

1. They still have to adjust their baskets;
2. The proxy statements for the Annual meeting in May should be out this week with bullish actions;
3. Institutions report their earnings for Q1 as of Wed 31/3 (in 7 trading days). They want a higher price for SNC to boost their returns on paper.
