A 1.40 may not be where most people want to be priced in right now, but I think i'd still have to call it a safe bet if you're willing to wait a little. Bev is holding back on lot's of good news because they are waiting on some key points to be 100% confirmed before releasing the news is what's been told to me by people who are closer to the deal. Now is that fake news? I certainly hope not! But I'm more than willing to wait to see how this company plays out. I think the odds are majorly in the shareholders favors.
