Fortunately the Market was able to see the bright side of RPC's future and there hasn't been a sell off. Why panic if they can get some more Gov. money--- they might last until August. You would think they would be shopping the shell, it would be cheaper than climbing in bed with a SPAC. OTOH, I suspect Eric still thinks he has invented a better mousetrap and is demanding he gets a rich compensation for his work (supported by long suffering shareholders) and unless the BOD grows a pair, it will just circle the drain until if finally vanishes from sight.
