I would certainly hope it's not fake news, if you are hearing from people close.

If this Naturo transaction goes through that will give the company a MC of $160.5M with 171M shares. I can't see the share price holding up for a company that is not generating any profitable revenues.

You can buy Molecule Holdings (which I don't own) for $0.11 per share, has half the number of shares, has beverages going on the shelves and a $9.9 MC.

This is why I wait.
