"Did you see that covidiot with 300 rolls of toilet paper in his basket?"

Jokes aside, I totally agree @inviolablspirit, as much as I want Covid to become a distant memory, I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. It's sad but the silver lining to it is that Empower will not need any financing to build and open up new clinics and will have tons of patients needing to improve their physical and mental health.
