Anybody have thoughts on this release? It would have been nice to have a firmer forecast on the start of construction. However, overall it still seems likely that it will start this year, maybe Q3?

To my untrained eys, " As part of the financing, the Project is eligible for insurance coverage under the German Export Credit Agency (“ECA”) Euler Hermes" indicates approval was obtained from Euler Hermes. Outstanding items prior to finalizing project financing must be something else.
