RE:Nice close .70 cents, how hard would it be to take it to $1?G - Unfortunately, it’s likely that Questex will do something this year (option grants and/or financing with warrants) which benefits the insiders and the bankers. There will be some dilution. It’s very rare to find a company that doesn’t take such actions before achieving success. An analogy is the mafia which takes its cut. I think Questex’s chairman has a Goldman Sachs background ... so I’m sure he’s familiar with how the game works. The shareholders should also do well with a nice hit ... but my guess is that the share float will be a bit larger when that time comes.
