RE:Big lie in the oil article this morning in investing.comIt says the oil market reacts the DAY AFTER Germany confirmed this extension  implying it was sort of out there already . Wow world investors must be really slow to take 24 hours to start reacting in the afternoon of Tuesday European time to an extension of restrictions discovered Monday. Who invents this stuff?
