What I was waiting for and had a hunch was coming once the back and forth with regulators and legal was satisfied due to extra scrutiny assigned to Covid related
Timing is everything and for once this was perfect imho
Love the new acquisition despite valuation and reserving more comment until Marshall has had a chance to share his vision in what he is now promising Bi-Weekly Agoracom interview updates.
I think he plans to keep us very busy with tutorials & Dealflow as things unfold this spring.
Exciting times indeed for DM'ers!!

Shouldvwe expect a congratulatory release from SCRN with a "We look forward to working on new product line rollouts with our designated supplier DM" ? Just saying :-)
