Bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy?Nicksoboring raises (not for the first time) the possibility of WMD going banko. Obviously this is one of the tropes that shorters use to scare the bejezus out of timid holders of shares they hope to grab cheaply. No problem with that really, it's the way the game is played and most of us are wise enough to ignore such obvious tactics.
But the question on bankruptcy should not be overlooked as there have been several commentators who have said that there will be several of them this year. The main reason seems to be the drying up of capital. In other words it is show me time and these firms cannot expect to keep going on promises. Weed may have foreseen this when they went to the trough last time (and hopefully for the last time).
WeedMD has a lot going for it that would make a sale much more likely than a bankruptcy. Not least is the IP. They hold patents on seeds which are highly esteemed and a buyer would be eager to obtain these. So, before you sell to the boring nicks of this world, think on. Always darkest before the storm.
