Remember one thing, Vaccines are bought and distributed via Federal government and the Provincial government are at the mercy of the Federal government and Vaccine Manufactured. You can see the issues when manufacturers over promise and under deliver.

This is one reason why I feel the Ontario Government provided $2 million dollar grant tied to production as Ontario Government will issue a large purchase order and want to insure that Kontrol can produce the units, have the units and can deliver the units in the time frame outlined in a contract.
