The question that I have is what price is fair for DDC shares based on all we know about the past and knowing the pace of growth will be real, sustainable, and cummulative BUT could be at a slower pace than analysts predict?

Pro:

1. Price is likely to be much higher 1 year from now based on exponential growth rate that is recurring and longer term. It's cummulatve and sustained as would be see with subscription companies like Netflix where users that sign on add to exiting monthly income. This is a better model than one time contracts like my amazing electrician that is a whiz but only comes when there is a random need.

Con:

Analysts and hype have hurt this stock. They have been pushing growth at a faster pace than is required. On it's own, DDC is executing well. I would be happy with $1.4M revenue by year end to cover the most basic of costs and to show an exponential growth rate. Now, the P/E is too high and  revenue and EPS misses doesn't support good share price action when expectations and analyses from analysts were wrong. They predicted (0.02)$ and we see (0.08)$ loss. They predicted up to $14M revenue and that seems crazy unrealistic for 2021, but very exciting for beyond that.

Please discuss openly and without hate, rhetoric or pumping or bashing or putting each other down. Of course, the prevailing attitude that "It's a growth stock growing exponenetially so get in and ride it" makes sense but be careful with that because someone had that point-of-view and bought DDC shares at $2.50 and is now down big. Respect and GLTA.

I think at this stage of the company it is currently difficult to build a solid valuation with the lack of clarity on all the numbers. With that being said, one can predict a price range based on amounts of routes they have or may have with the LOI's. See below. I think we need more routes and more financials in order to establish a fair value. See below for a table created by a member of a Facebook group I am in. Very interesting. This is solely based on a 10K fee. However, larger drone may be more expensive, doesn't include licensing, doesn't include revenue generated from setup costs and doesn't take into account % paid to AC. Good starting point for a disucssion. ;)
