Don't know what's mean.  On my side, I have a little hope but I'm not too optimism.  Look like it is all out of control and it is depend only of the Court Decision.  Time will tell.   Tommy you must have some information to keep you optimism.  There is 3 vacation seat at PUCT....could be a good opportunity for Mr. Gahn to get a new challenge??  GLTA  Gaillard.
