Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

McWhirter: "largest holding and exercised warrants at 7 cents............"

My guess is that he would sell a portion of his position into this run but keep a substantial position for the mid- to long-term since he put a 12 month $8.00 price target.

Also, he would be happy that the initial large scale sulphur reduction process was successful. He stressed that reducing sulphur was a risk.
