I agree with comment regarding DM. 

The relationship between the companies is obvious so I don't need to elaborate.

Im very interested in this stock and have been studying it very closely but the same characters are all involved.
So honestly my comments are not meant at anyone but at the Howe street ramblers that make money hand over fist.(that's an old but relevant term)
I have learned not to marry these stocks but only to date them. 
Of course IMHO
