Medivolve does not catch any brake

Medivolve does not catch any brake

The funny thing is Medivolve was trading at this level without any revenue. Now, Medivolve did generate some revenue in the 4th quarter and should be filed next month. Then Medivolve should have $18-$20 million revenue in the 1st quarter. Still trading at .20 cents is unbelievable. Here is the video link https://tinyurl.com/3extc9vk

The management calculated installing collection thinking covid is going to stay here forever. Medivolve did see set back management let go of Tim and then covid testing slow down and Karland saga. Many investors expected 200 collection sites by the end of this month and got disappointed when they see that not going to happen at this point. In my opinion, if they are not filling up 68 sites, then why install more. As per Doug, 68 collection sites on the ground and 48 are up and running.

The company is working on getting vaccination contracts in California. Also, working on a pilot project with https://www.hrsa.gov/CovidUninsuredClaim to offer free PCR tests to uninsured people and get Reimbursement from HRSA. Seems they are offering these tests in Florida and hopefully expand for all collection sites after the pilot project. The PCR tests are more expensive and are required for travel.

Blowfish (breathalyzer covid test) started a clinical trial and should be done in 4-8 weeks. Doug also said they are also close to signing the Nuturell contract. The investor awareness campaign started last week and should be working for the next 6-8 weeks.

All of us, need to reset our expectations. According to Glenn Copeland, they should have 70-80 telehealth sites in the next 4-6 months. It seems reasonable timeframe.

Yes, we were promised more, but $18-$20 million in revenue for the first quarter is not bad for any company. Also, remain to see if they get a vaccination contract. That can pay them big as Govt pays $40 per shot and can be a yearly recurring business. Collection sites telehealth can offer diagnostic testing services, mobile clinics, flu shots and vaccination.

Medivolve stock price is down because of manipulation, panic selling, and investor's expectation not met. Once all these are out of the way. We get some updates regarding the vaccination contract and detail of the Nuturell contract. The stock might start moving up again.

Please watch the video and make your own decision to buy, hold or sell.
