Bio says..:"over 300 million shares out, don't forget". So when I suggested a couple of days ago for some comments on a consolidation all you could say was that it would be a disaster for Sernova. So now I ask again..give me your reasons. My best reason is to be able to uplist to a major exchange, which has huge advantages.

And by the way MetalsGuy..call me all the degenerate names you can think of..doesn't bother me one iota. I actually think they're kind of funny.
